Rent a rabbit, chicken, duck, goose or guinea pig! We rent out small animals for a few days or for the whole summer. We can also provide animal food, cages, straw, mesh and other utensils.
Fowl rental
At Gangvide several different races of chicken fowl are available, big or small, in various colors. A group of chicken or 3 – 4 hens and a rooster – choose according to your own preference. Cages, food and straw will be provided.
Duck rental
Musk duck is the race available for rental here, ducklings or grown up birds. Cage, fodder, straw and water tub will be provided. Ducks like to swim.
Goose rental
For those who have long dreamt of having domestic geese we have the yellow American Goose available for lease from Gangvide Farm. These birds are colored yellow and brown and not very big. Geese are grazing birds and therefore require large areas of greenery to thrive. They are pleasant animals if well and properly treated. Mesh, fodder and water tub are provided.

Guinea pig rental
These cute animals do not shed as much fur as rabbits. They are suitable as instep pets for those who consider getting their own. They like to be outdoor in their cage during summer days, inside during the night. We have a small number of guinea pigs in various sizes and colors. Cages and animal feed are also available.
Rent-a-Rabbit
The rabbits for lease at Gangvide Farm are Holland Lop Eared Rabbit with an admixture of angora rabbit features. Select your own rabbit! If you need a cage or other accessories such as a leash, we can always provide. Rabbit food will also be included as dietary change should not occur too abruptly.
